What to expect

You may be red and swollen for the first 24 hours. This is normal. It will subside within 24 hours. Your brows will be considerably darker than you would expect. This is part of the healing process and will lighten up about 30-50%. You will start to experience some scabbing and flaking during and around day 5- 7 of the healing process. It will take up to 2 weeks for them to completely heal and up to one month for the true color to resurface. This procedure does not affect your normal activities. You may resume normal activities and go back to work. However, please ensure you follow the after care instructions for best result and better pigment retention.

AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

•Following the procedure, use a q-tip with a dab of water to cleanse your treated area. Do this every hour or so for the next 6 hours. DO NOT over saturate.

• Apply the provided ointment 2-3 times daily or whenever the treated area feels dry and tight. A little goes a long way, do not over saturate.

• Avoid laser, chemical treatments or facials

• Avoid activities that will attract airborne debris onto the treated area.

• Avoid sun tanning, excessive sweating, saunas, hot steaming showers and swimming with your face under water for 2 weeks.

• DO NOT pick, scratch or peel the scabs off.

• Avoid making extreme facial expressions as this will cause the scabs to wrinkle, become loose and prematurely fall off.

• Wash hands before touching treated area .

• Refrain from showering. Instead bathe and use a shower head to wash your hair in order to avoid getting the treated area wet.

• Avoid sleeping on your face until you have completely healed.

• You may wash your face while avoiding your treated area. DO NOT get your treated area wet.

• No cream or makeup on the treated area besides the provided ointment.

• Avoid excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds.
