HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. Please proceed to our BOOK ONLINE link. If no appointments are available, this means we are fully booked and/or we have not released our new available dates. If this is the case or if none of our available dates work for you, please contact us directly.

CAN I BOOK A TOUCH UP IF I HAVE PREVIOUS WORK FROM ANTOHER ARTIST?

Unfortunately we do not offer Touch Ups on another artist's work. Clients must get the full two procedure with us (Initial session+Touch Up). Please book a full session.

HOW DO I BOOK A TRAINING SESSION?

Please contact us directly to book our Private or Group Training. A DEPOSIT is required to secure your seat. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We offer financing on our trainings. Please contact us for more information.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

We usually book 2-3 weeks in advance. Please book accordingly to avoid disappointment.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOOKING FEE AND WILL IT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL?

A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The fee will go towards your grand total. The remaining balance will be due during the appointment. 

CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AND GET A REFUND ON MY BOOKING FEE?

Booking Fees are non- refundable. You are allowed to reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice with no penalty. The booking fee is forfeited if rescheduled within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule more than once, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee of $100 will be required to book a new appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment, booking fees will be forfeited.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING FEE IF I CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE LATER DOWN THE ROAD?

Booking Fees will be transferable to a later date as long as you book within 3 months of the initial appointment. Appointment must be for the same person. However, our rescheduling policy of 48 hours will apply.

WHAT DO I DO IF IM RUNNING LATE?

Please inform us if you are running late. Your appointment will be considered CANCELLED after 20 minutes and the booking fee will be forfeited. A NEW booking fee will be obtained to secure a new appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY APPOINTMENT AND DON'T SHOW UP?

NO SHOWS will forfeit their booking fee and will no longer be permitted to schedule a new appointment with us. We always confirm your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please be courteous with our time as we are with yours. We have zero tolerance for NO SHOWS as this causes a negative impact on our business.
